Lukas Gage is sharing some rare comments about his love life, nearly a year after finalizing his divorce.
Back in April 2023, the 29-year-old The White Lotus actor married Chris Appleton in Las Vegas in a ceremony officiated by the 41-year-old celeb hairstylist’s close friend Kim Kardashian.
After almost seven months of marriage, Chris filed for divorce in November citing “irreconcilable differences” and their divorce was finalized in June 2024.
While attending the premiere of the new Prime Video series Overcompensating, which he has a guest starring role in, Lukas shared an update on his love life.
Keep reading to find out more…“You got to love yourself fully before you can be ready to jump in anything,” Lukas told People. “I’m doing a lot of me work and I think that’s what the show is a little about.”
“Overcompensating is if you’re trying too hard to be something that you’re not and trying to fit into these molds, you got to just start with yourself and you got to be authentic to yourself,” he continued. “So I’m doing Lukas love time.”
When asked what that looks like for him, Lukas shared, “Meditate, journal… Just go to the spa. I know that’s not anything, but I just sit with myself and be quiet for hours and that’s my spiritual practice.”
