Love Island viewers were left heartbroken as they watched two stars leave the villa after another brutal recoupling
Two Love Island favourites have been dumped from the villa in a brutal twist.
The current series of the popular ITV2 reality show has already seen plenty of jaw-dropping moments and unexpected turns.
Recent episodes saw newcomers Billykiss and Ryan making waves in the villa after they chose to whisk Dejon, Conor, Toni and Shakira off on dates. But in a surprise move tonight (July 2), two islanders were packing their bags after an unforeseen twist.
While relaxing in the Den, Tommy got a text summoning all the islanders to gather round the Firepit immediately, reports OK!.
Billykiss and Ryan were asked to step up to the Firepit for the upcoming recoupling. The boys were then asked if any of them wanted to coupling up with Billykiss.
Conor stepped forward, leaving his partner Alima without a partner and subsequently dumped. The girls were then asked if any of them wanted to couple up with Ryan but no one moved, resulting in him being forced to leave too.
Yasmin and Toni were spotted shedding tears as they said their goodbyes. As Alima and Ryan made their exit, emotions ran high in the villa with Alima confessing she had “seen it coming”. She was later asked to promise that she “would not text Remell”.
One fan vented on X: “This is actually the worst dumping there has ever been on any series Not Alima. She deserved better.”

In earlier scenes on Wednesday evening, Harry attempted to patch things up with Shakira, who confessed to being “in a pickle”. Harry laid his cards on the table, declaring: “I’ll be right here. I’m for you, I think you know that.”
Toni, meanwhile, ended things with Harrison after he confessed to kissing Helena again. With her mind made up, she invited Harrison to the Terrace and told him: “This is done. You’ve made your bed. Lie in it.”

However, Harrison later confided in Conor, admitting he was “sad” and saying: “That actually hit me harder than I thought you know.”
Conor replied: “It’s probably just a classic case of you don’t know what you have until it’s gone.”
